Director of Customer Care

Key Accountabilities:
*Primary focus is to promote and energize Raymour and Flanigans Vision of Enhancing the Customers Shopping Experience" throughout the New England South market.
*Empower and inspire our Customer Care associates to create a world class shopping experience at every touch-point.
*Travel within the regions five retail locations supporting Customer Care initiatives, encouraging innovation and creating a culture of advocacy for our customers consistent with the Raymour and Flanigan brand.
*At our Stratford Service Center, lead our Customer Care department to support our in-home furniture repair technicians.
*Partner with Regional Director of Operations and Regional Director of Sales to align goals and collectively lead the market to consistent growth.
*Provide strong interpersonal leadership skills; build solid relationships by inspiring and influencing others.
*Responsible for developing good leaders into great leaders.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
*Minimum of eight years experience leading a multi-unit retail environment
*Proven track record of leadership and personnel development.
*Excellent communication at all levels of the organization. *Able to build effective relationships and provide feedback to others
*Success building trust and respect through consistent words and actions
*Consistently applies fair and ethical behavior that mirrors our company guiding principals
*Able to learn, adapt and teach others how to succeed in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture
*Results-oriented and able to lead change and build influence
*Possess business intelligence and emotional intelligence
*Forward thinking and creative leader, capable of strategic planning
*Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn proprietary programs
